These terms and conditions are intended to define and govern the contractual relationship between Zawajuna and its users. Any person wishing to use the services offered on the website [www.zawajuna.com](http://www.zawajuna.com) acknowledges having read and accepted these terms.

General Information

By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms of use. Zawajuna reserves the right to exclude any person who does not comply with these terms.

To register on our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid means of payment.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel access to anyone who does not comply with our terms of use.

Important: Individuals who are not legally residing in their country of residence are not allowed to register on the platform. Zawajuna reserves the right to suspend or delete the account of any such person.

Responsibilities

Through our application, Zawajuna acts as an intermediary between suitors. Zawajuna does not make any recommendations or verifications: this is the responsibility of the suitor and the woman's guardian.

Zawajuna declines all responsibility for events occurring before or after marriage.

Zawajuna’s Commitments

We strive to select profiles that align with Islamic principles (according to the Qur'an and the Sunnah). However, each user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of information and conducting personal investigations.

Exchanges between suitors are moderated to ensure they remain focused on the marriage objective. This moderation is performed by humans and therefore may be subject to error. If you notice anything unusual, please contact support.

Zawajuna cannot be held responsible for any moderation errors.

Moderation

Moderation is available during hours that will be communicated to you. These hours may vary depending on the size of the team and time zones. Response times may also fluctuate during prayer times.

Subscription

To help you stay focused on your marriage project, a quota of 20 messages per day is enforced. Only serious messages related to the purpose of marriage will be approved. This quota may be adjusted if necessary.

Unsubscribing: The user may:

* Unsubscribe immediately: the account is deactivated without delay.

* Unsubscribe at the end of the period: the account remains active until the end of the current month.

Platform Availability

The platform is available every day except Friday. It may be closed during religious holidays or for technical reasons. Users will be notified in advance.

Bugs and Downtime

Our service relies on third-party tools. In the event of a bug or malfunction caused by these tools, Zawajuna disclaims all responsibility for direct or indirect damages.

We do our best to resolve issues quickly and minimize interruptions.

No refund requests will be accepted in the case of temporary platform unavailability.

User Commitments

Users agree to communicate respectfully and avoid ambiguous or inappropriate language. The use of emojis is prohibited.

They also agree to respect the moderators' work and contact support in case of any issues.

Zawajuna reserves the right to exclude any user who does not comply with these commitments.

Our Religious Position

We disassociate ourselves from sectarian groups claiming to follow Islam, such as the Khawarij, Sufis, Ikhwan, etc. Anyone identifying with these groups will be excluded.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your data is used only within the scope of your matrimonial project on zawajuna.com. In cases of force majeure or legal obligation, certain information may be disclosed to competent authorities.
