The matchmaking is conducted exclusively through the guardian the female suitor provided during her registration. This process is solely managed by the female suitor, and the communication is triggered automatically following an action on her part. Moderators do not have access to this information. Only the supervisory team has this access.
Zawajuna was born out of a simple observation: many Muslim brothers and sisters face significant challenges when it comes to getting married. Finding a life partner has become increasingly difficult, especially for those looking to avoid the pitfalls set by Shaytan. While there are several dating sites catering to the Muslim community, unfortunately, they often fall short of adhering to the teachings of the Quran and the Sunnah.
With Zawajuna, our goal is to facilitate marriage for as many members of the Ummah as possible by providing a service that offers a halal framework, profiles that share the same religious values, and support for sisters who do not have a tutor (reconverted women or but without a tutor to represent them).
According to Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:

Registration is open to all Muslims wishing to marry according to the principles of Islam, following the understanding of the pious predecessors.
You can register if you are not veiled, as long as you are a believer and wish to marry according to the Quran and the Sunnah. We kindly ask you to specify this at the time of your registration so that potential suitors are aware, and there is no confusion.
Indeed, you can register. We will assist you in the steps to get married and take a step further in our beautiful religion, with the permission of Allah.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the subscription fee if the matchmakings do not result in a successful match. We make every effort to facilitate your marriage, but we cannot guarantee results as only Allah Ta'ala has that capability.
We believe in Allah and his messenger Mohamed ï·º and we follow the Quran and the sunnah according to the understanding of the pious predecessors (first generations).

Each profile is checked before validation. We ask candidates to complete a questionnaire which allows us to assess whether their profiles are in line with our principles. We also ask them to commit to Allah to be truthful. Unfortunately, we do not have the power to gauge hearts. Allah knows best.
